add device called lvdump1

[root@stlam61p]

:/home/root # lvchange -r n /dev/vg00/lvdump1

Set dump lv to contiguous. SEP

lvcreate -L <size in MB> -n lvdump1 /dev/vg00

# lvchange -C y /dev/vg00/lvdump1
Logical volume “/dev/vg00/lvdump1” has been successfully changed.
Volume Group configuration for /dev/vg00 has been saved in /etc/lvmconf/vg00.conf

# crashconf -a /dev/vg00/lvdump1

:/home/root # crashconf -v
